This is the Artesian Platinum Elite manual library: every model year from 2008 to 2018, each with the genuine factory owner’s manual you can read on the page or download, and a route straight into the parts for that generation. Where a factory parts book has pages of parts, our site has pages of parts you can actually order.

Artesian Platinum Elite did not reprint the manual every year. Rather than rename a PDF and stamp a new year on the cover, each year page tells you exactly which factory document covers your spa — and the table further down shows the whole picture at a glance.

13 factory documents cover 11 model years. If your year isn’t listed beside its own document below, that isn’t an omission — Artesian Platinum Elite simply didn’t issue one that year, and the document named beside it is the one that applies.

Platinum Elite is Artesian’s legacy flagship line; its final factory documents date from 2017-2018, and from 2019 the flagship line is Artesian Elite. Many Platinum-era parts are stocked in the Artesian Elite parts categories.

Artesian Platinum Elite Parts Books

The factory parts book is a dealer document, so we don’t republish it. What we do instead is more useful: the parts documented in those books are live on this site, each with its OEM part number, a photo, current pricing and fitment help.

Artesian Platinum Elite Owner’s Manual Frequently Asked Questions

Look for the serial number sticker, usually inside the equipment door or on the cabinet near the spa pack. The model and build date are printed there. If the sticker is gone or unreadable, photograph the spa pack label and the topside control instead — between those two we can normally place the spa.

Artesian Platinum Elite issued a new owner’s manual only when something in the product changed enough to need one. A year without its own manual is covered by the last one issued, and the table above shows exactly which. We would rather tell you that than rename a PDF and let you believe it was written for your year.

No — those are dealer documents. What we publish is the part of them you actually need: the parts we stock carry their OEM part numbers, so you can search the number from your parts book and land on a page you can order from.

Manuals cover operation and maintenance; they rarely identify a specific replacement part. Match the part you are removing instead — and for anything electrical, match amperage and voltage before anything else. Send photos of the part, its label and your serial number through the form on any product page and we will confirm the correct replacement before you order.
