Artesian Elite Topside Controls

Artesian Elite control panels (topside controls) are matched by generation — 2019+ touchscreens, 2016–2018 Platinum Elite Spa Touch, 2013–2015 button panels — and the auxiliary pump-switch panels by their switch count.

Artesian Elite Control Panels — Find Yours by Generation

The control panel (Artesian calls it the topside control) is the display-and-button unit on your spa’s top rail. Artesian Elite spas also carry small auxiliary pump-switch panels at the seats (the Ax10 family, with one to four switches) and, on 2019 and newer spas, the DIRECTFLOW personal control that lets each seat adjust its own jets. Each is a separate part, so start by photographing the one that failed.

2019 and newer Artesian Elite: touchscreen panels on the Balboa MBP pack — the Spa Touch 2 (the one most owners search by number), a TP740T-style panel, and the Spa Touch 4 with WiFi on some builds. Touchscreens need no overlay. The 2019-series pump-switch panels are matched by switch count.

2013–2018 Platinum Elite: the 2013 TP800 button panel and the 2014–2015 overlay-style panel are no longer in the factory listing; the 2016–2018 Spa Touch panel still is. The original 2013–2016 pump-switch panels were superseded as a family by the 2017–2018 silver-label series, and their overlay by a current BWG overlay — the Platinum Elite parts page lists every pairing. Button panels and overlays sell here as one Control Panel kit when both are needed, so you are never left with a panel and no face.

2007–2012 Platinum Elite: Gecko in.k lo-profile panels and in.k111 pump switches, no longer made. A dead panel on one of these spas is a control-system upgrade conversation, not a panel order — use the form below.

Artesian Elite Control Panels FAQs

Yes — 33-1910-08 is the Spa Touch 2 touchscreen topside listed in the 2019 and 2021 Artesian Elite parts books for the Balboa MBP pack. It is a touchscreen, so no overlay is involved. If your spa shipped with the Spa Touch 4 WiFi panel or a TP740T-style panel instead, the part differs — send a photo of your panel face and we will confirm.

The Ax10 panels are the small auxiliary switch panels at the seats that turn individual pumps on and off; they come in one-, two-, three- and four-switch versions, so match the switch count on yours. Button-style panels use a printed overlay: if the overlay is peeling but the switches work, the overlay alone is the fix; if the switches are dead, order the panel — we pair panel and overlay as one kit so you get both when both are needed.

Yes — the Spa Touch topside for 2016–2018 Platinum Elite spas is still in the factory listing, and it is the era most Platinum Elite owners are shopping. Confirm it against your spa pack label before ordering: a Platinum Elite whose pack was upgraded to the Artesian Elite pack may take the newer touchscreen instead.

The 2013 TP800 panel and the 2014–2015 overlay panel are no longer in the factory listing, so there is no like-for-like number to give you. The right panel depends on what your spa pack and software will pair with, which is exactly what we verify per spa — send your panel face, your pack label and your serial number through the form and we will give you the honest options rather than a guess.

Usually not. The 2019 and newer panel turns its display off after a period of inactivity as normal sleep behavior; touch anywhere to wake it. A panel that stays blank while the spa still runs, shows scrambled segments, or ignores touch while the display reads normally is the one to replace — and a readable message code on a working screen points downstream at the board, sensor or heater instead.

✅ Not Sure Which Control Panel Fits? Verify Before Ordering

Artesian Elite part compatibility varies by model year, serial number, control system generation, switch count and part revision.

To help us identify the correct replacement, please send clear photos of:

  • Your control panel face and display (powered on, if possible)
  • Your spa serial number sticker
  • Any part number on the back of the panel or its cable, if accessible
  • Your spa pack label, if accessible

EZ Hot Tub Parts can confirm fitment before you order and help you avoid costly returns.
