Artesian Elite Replacement Pillows — Era First, Style Second

Pillow fitment is era first, style second. Artesian Elite 2019 and newer uses three pillows — neck, corner and lounge — across all five models. Platinum Elite 2013–2018 used a lounge pillow, a waterfall pillow and smaller 11- and 16-inch pillows, with a snap-in logo dome at the center (the dome itself changed to a label version for 2016–2018). Platinum and Platinum Elite 2008–2012 used wrap, lounge and foam waterfall pillows, and Gold and Platinum 2003–2007 the large wrap and lounge pillows. Pick your spa’s years, then the style and the mounting behind it; pillow receptacles and logo inserts are listed alongside the pillows.

Pillows (Artesian calls them headrests in some manuals) are wear items by design: sanitizer vapor and UV break down the skin and foam at the waterline, the harshest spot in the spa. The factory’s care routine — soapy water and a soft cloth, vinyl conditioner monthly, and pulling the pillows out during a shock treatment — stretches their life, but when one goes its siblings are usually close behind.

Artesian Elite Pillows FAQs

Match your spa’s era first — 2019 and newer Artesian Elite, 2013–2018 Platinum Elite, 2008–2012 Platinum, or 2003–2007 Gold and Platinum — then the style and the mount on the back. The model name will not narrow it, because Pelican Bay, Dove Canyon, Piper Glen and Quail Ridge spanned three of those eras. Unsure of your year? Your serial number sticker settles it; send it with a photo of the pillow back.

The snap-in Artesian emblem at the center of 2008–2018 Platinum and Platinum Elite pillows. It is sold separately from the pillow: a silver dome for 2008–2015 and a label-style dome for 2016–2018. If only the emblem is missing or faded, you do not need a new pillow.

Sanitizer vapor and UV at the waterline. Rinse them with soapy water, condition the vinyl monthly and pull them out before you shock the water, as the factory manual suggests — but they are wear items by design and are excluded from the spa warranty, which is why every era is listed here.

Check the receptacle behind the pillow first. If its tabs are cracked or the stud is gone, the best pillow will not hold; receptacles are listed here. Photograph the pillow back and the mount on the spa and we will tell you which part you need.
