Artesian Elite Light Parts

Artesian Elite lighting is matched by system — the 2019+ three-zone Chromazone LED system, or the daisy-chain RGB LED system on 2007–2018 Platinum and Platinum Elite spas — then by housing size: 2-inch or 5-inch, measured across the lens face.

Artesian Elite Light Parts — Match the System, Then the Lens

Artesian Elite light parts break into three layers: the LED or bulb inside, the lens you see in the shell, and the housing with gasket behind it — and the system that drives them. 2019 and newer Artesian Elite runs Chromazone (the factory spells it CHROMOZONƎ, with a reversed E), a three-zone LED system controlled from the touchscreen: each zone plays a pattern (Color Wheel, Party Light, Lounge Light), one of eight factory colors or a custom color, and zones can be grouped. Its parts are the Chromazone LED box, the Zone 2 adapter, the Zone 3 expansion box, the kickrail and corner/AllegroFall strips, RGB strips, string point lights and extension cords. 2007–2018 Platinum and Platinum Elite spas run the daisy-chain RGB LED system — dual, single and quad LED chain assemblies, 5-foot chain jumpers, the Dynabrite control box and the 12-LED UltraBrite main light — plus skirt lights, corner lights and the LED cup holder on later years.

Housings and lenses come in two sizes: the 2-inch housing with its gasket and the 5-inch lens with its stainless ring assembly; the factory replaced the old 5-inch housing with the ring assembly, so an older number on your sticker still lands on a current part. Measure across the lens face, then match. A dark light is usually the LED or bulb; a leak at a light is the housing gasket — and a gasket-stage fix is far cheaper than the shell-side damage of ignoring it.

Chromazone compatibility note: the system needs a Balboa BP pack at software 43.0 or newer and a Spa Touch 2 panel at software 2.19 or newer; both versions are shown in the panel’s System Information screen. That is why it ships on 2019+ spas and why adding it to an older Platinum Elite is a question for the form below, not a parts order.

Visit the Artesian Elite Resource Center for part guides and troubleshooting, or download your Artesian Elite Owner’s Manual (2019 and newer) or Platinum Elite Owner’s Manual (2008–2018).

Artesian Elite Light Parts FAQs

The three-zone LED lighting system on 2019 and newer Artesian Elite spas, run from the touchscreen. Each zone — a group of LEDs — can show one of three patterns, one of eight factory colors or a custom color, and zones can be grouped to run together. Its replaceable parts are the LED control box, the Zone 2 adapter, the Zone 3 expansion box, the light strips and the string point lights, all listed here.

Only if the electronics support it: the factory manual requires a Balboa BP pack at software 43.0 or newer and a Spa Touch 2 panel at 2.19 or newer. Many 2013–2018 Platinum Elites run a BP pack but not that panel or software, and 2007–2012 Gecko-era spas cannot run it at all. Send your pack label and a photo of your panel’s System Information screen and we will tell you what is possible.

Yes — the factory replaced it with the 5-inch lens and stainless ring assembly 35-0030-30, which is the number to order for any spa that carried the old housing (the books list it from 2006 through 2019 across Gold, Platinum, Platinum Elite and Artesian Elite). Your old sticker number is still the right way to find it.

One dark light on a daisy-chain system is that LED assembly or its jumper; every light dark at once is the control box or the pack’s light output. On a Chromazone spa, one dark zone points at that zone’s strip or adapter, and the panel’s Chromazone test screen checks the load of every LED in every zone. A photo of the dark fixture and a note about what still works tells us which part to send.

Two families: the 12-volt bulb for older housings (the factory replaced its original number with a current one) and the 7-LED RGB short stand-off for 2013 and newer Platinum Elite and Artesian Elite 2-inch housings. Send a photo of the bulb base or the housing label and we will match it.

✅ Not Sure Which Light Part Fits? Verify Before Ordering

Artesian Elite part compatibility varies by model year, lighting system, lens size and part revision.

To help us identify the correct replacement, please send clear photos of:

  • The lens face next to a tape measure
  • The housing, gasket or LED assembly removed, if accessible
  • Your control panel’s System Information screen (2019 and newer)
  • Your spa serial number sticker

EZ Hot Tub Parts can confirm fitment before you order and help you avoid costly returns.
