Artesian Elite Jets & Waterfalls — Match by Face Size & Family

Jet replacement starts with two measurements and one look: the face diameter across the visible front of the jet, the style (directional, rotational, massage or whirlpool), and the family your spa was built with. Artesian Elite 2019 and newer uses the 2-inch Cluster, 3-inch Mini, 5-inch Power and 7-inch Footblaster series with stainless-over-dark-silver inserts and EPDM-gasket bodies. Platinum Elite 2013–2018 used the Halo series in 2-, 3- and 5-inch faces (graphite through 2015, polished-stainless-and-gray kits from 2016), a 5-inch Whirlpool that changed body in 2016, and a 7-inch Jumbo massage jet. Platinum and Platinum Elite 2008–2012 ran the Helix series, and Gold and Platinum spas before that the Storm, Mini Storm and Euro families — those two older families are no longer in the factory listing, so we help match a current insert by body when one exists.

Insert or body? Jet inserts twist-lock into a body that is plumbed into the shell. A jet that spins loosely, stopped rotating or popped out has worn lock tabs on the insert — replace the insert and the body stays put. Bodies, compression rings and gaskets are listed for the times a body cracks or a shell-side leak appears; the factory sells them with gasket and ring. Jet inserts are wear items by design, and sanitizer does the wearing, so replacing a seat’s set keeps the look matched.

Artesian Elite Jets FAQs

By year first, then by the face. 2019 and newer Artesian Elite spas use the Cluster (2-inch), Mini (3-inch), Power (5-inch) and Footblaster (7-inch) series; 2013–2018 Platinum Elites use the Halo series in the same three smaller faces plus a 5-inch Whirlpool and 7-inch Jumbo; 2008–2012 spas used Helix. Measure across the face with a tape, note whether it spins, and send a photo of the jet face and the removed insert — the tab pattern on the back identifies the family.

Usually just the insert. The lock tabs on the insert wear until it spins free or pops out; the body in the wall is fine. Order the insert for your face size and family and twist it in. If the body itself is cracked or the shell is weeping around it, then the body with its gasket and compression ring is the part.

Not from the factory — the Helix series is in the 2008–2012 parts books but not in the current listing, and we do not sell what we cannot supply. Some bodies accept a current insert of the same face size; send a photo of the removed insert and the body and we will tell you honestly whether a match exists.

Both, by era. 2019 and newer inserts are stainless escutcheons over a dark-silver-gray body face; 2016–2018 Platinum Elite kits are polished stainless with graphite gray; 2013–2015 Platinum Elite inserts are graphite. Sizes repeat across eras, so the finish is how you keep a seat looking matched — tell us your year or send a photo.
