Artesian Elite Audio & Stereo Parts — Match by Year & Package

Spas with entertainment packages carry audio components that age faster than the spa itself — speakers live in a humid cabinet and receivers get years of moisture exposure. Artesian Elite and Platinum Elite audio hardware changed by year: 2019 and newer Artesian Elite spas shipped with a Polk Bluetooth audio system and Polk 2-inch and 6.5-inch speakers, with the BBA 2 Bluetooth system and an Aquatic AV harness also in the 2018–2021 books; 2013–2018 Platinum Elite spas ran Infinity Bluetooth receivers in a marine housing (with a dual RCA adapter assembly from 2016) or the first-generation BBA Bluetooth system, a 6.5-inch subwoofer and an Aquatic subwoofer box; 2010–2014 spas used the Spa Tunes stereo in a spa-side holder with a door; and Gold and Platinum spas before that ran Audiovox, Kenwood and Gecko in.tune head units that are no longer made. Pop-up rotator speakers, power supplies, wire harnesses and the dipole antenna carried across many of those years.

Identification starts with photos: the receiver or media locker, the power supply label inside the cabinet, the speaker faces and your serial number. Where an original component is no longer made we will tell you straight and point to what replaces it — the factory itself notes that a stereo replaced under warranty may come from a different manufacturer than the original, so a different-brand Bluetooth receiver that fits the housing and the power supply is a normal repair, not a compromise.

No sound at all? Check the audio power supply before the receiver — a dead supply silences everything at once, while a failed receiver usually still lights the speakers’ power circuit. Control-side issues (a panel that no longer shows the audio screen) belong in Control System Parts.

It depends on the year and the package your spa was ordered with. 2019 and newer Artesian Elites typically carry the Polk Bluetooth system; 2018–2021 builds may carry the BBA 2 Bluetooth system; 2013–2018 Platinum Elites carry an Infinity Bluetooth receiver or the first BBA system; 2010–2014 spas the Spa Tunes stereo. The receiver’s own label is the tiebreaker — photograph it and the power supply and we will match the component.

Yes — the factory replaced it with 33-0236-16, the current 3-inch Artesian grill speaker. Order by the old number on your sticker and you will land on the right part; confirm the grill diameter with a tape measure if your sticker is gone.

Often, yes. The factory’s own warranty says a replacement stereo may not be the same manufacturer, and what matters is that the new receiver fits the housing, runs on your audio power supply and drives your speakers’ impedance. Send photos of the old receiver, its housing and the power supply label and we will confirm the fit.

Yes. Spa speakers are built for constant humidity, sanitizer vapor and heat inside a closed cabinet, and the pop-up and in-shell units are shaped for the spa’s mounting. A car speaker in a spa cabinet corrodes in a season. Match the mounting style and the size of the old speaker.
