TidalFit Swim Spa Parts

TidalFit swim spa parts are matched by line and by control system — exercise pool (EP) or Dual Temp FitSpa (DT), then WaVS-equipped spas run Gecko and non-WaVS spas run Balboa — and your spa pack label settles both, because the model year settles neither.

TidalFit Swim Spa Parts — Fitment Guide for Every Model Year

TidalFit is the swim spa and exercise pool line built by Artesian Spas, and it comes in two families: the TidalFit exercise pools (the EP models — EP-12, EP-14, EP-15 and their Pro and Core variants, plus the EP-16 of the mid-2010s) and the Dual Temp FitSpa (DT and DTL models), which pairs a hydrotherapy spa side with a swim side, each heated separately. Nearly every part is shared across both families — the factory books split the lines only for covers, cabinet panels, filter counts, foam trim and one lounge pillow — so every category above serves both, and the product pages flag the few line-specific pieces.

Know your control system before you order electronics. TidalFits are built to order, and the control system follows the swim-system option: a spa ordered with the WaVS variable-speed swim system ships with Gecko controls (the in.k1000+ keypad, in.touch Wi-Fi, a Gecko heater and circulation pump); a spa ordered without WaVS ships with Balboa controls. The same model year can be either, so the year tells you nothing — the label on the spa pack inside the cabinet does, and so does the keypad: a color touch keypad with a WaVS swim-speed bar means Gecko. Two genuinely year-based facts do hold on the Balboa side: pre-2013 spas ran legacy button-panel systems the factory no longer lists, and Balboa-equipped spas moved to the BP platform in 2013. Own a pre-2013 spa with a failed pack or panel? An upgrade path exists; send photos through the form below and we’ll map it for you.

Swim systems have their own manuals. The Variable Flow Swift Water Trainer (2020) and the WaVS swim system (2023) each shipped with a supplement to the owner’s manual, and both are on our manuals hub alongside every model year back to 2008. Not sure which control system you own? Photograph the spa pack label and the keypad — the WaVS keypad means Gecko, anything else means Balboa — and browse the current TidalFit swim spa models to see how each is optioned.

TidalFit Swim Spa Parts FAQs

You’re on it — every TidalFit part category is in the grid above: filters, control system parts (control panels, circuit boards and spa packs), jet pumps, circulation pumps, heaters, jets, swim jets and exercise equipment, pillows, plumbing, valves and diverters, lights, audio, water care and miscellaneous parts. If you know the part but not the category, use the site search or send us a photo and we’ll link you straight to it.

TidalFit is one of Artesian Spas’ brands (alongside Island Spas, Artesian Elite, Tropic Seas, South Seas and Garden Spas), so genuine parts come from the same factory and many pieces are shared across the family — a neck pillow or a manifold may fit several brands. But “Artesian” covers very different spas, which is why we list parts under TidalFit specifically, confirmed against the TidalFit factory parts books.

A Dual Temp FitSpa is two units placed together — a hydrotherapy spa side and a swim side — with separate heating. For parts, the factory books only split the two lines where the hardware is physically different: covers, cabinet panels, foam trim, the filter count (Dual Temp models run five filters) and one lounge pillow made for the spa side. Jets, plumbing, controls, lights and audio are shared, so you shop the same categories either way.

Mostly, yes. The factory books key only a handful of parts to the model code — the cover, cabinet panels and foam trim (the EP-14 and EP-12 share one trim length, the EP-15 takes a longer one) and an early control overlay labeled for the EP 14. Jets, plumbing, pumps, heaters and control electronics are listed at brand level. Send your serial number and spa pack label through the form if you want us to confirm a specific part.

Wear parts, yes: jets, pillows, filters, plumbing, valves and most pumps are still available. The legacy Balboa control electronics are the exception — the ML700 panel on EL1000/EL2000 systems and the MVS504SZ spa pack have dropped out of the factory’s current catalog. Rather than hunting for a used board, there’s an upgrade path to a current control system; send a photo of your spa pack label and panel and we’ll tell you what it involves.
