TidalFit Water Care & Sanitizing Systems

TidalFit water care hardware is ozone first — injectors, ozonators, AOP reactors and their check valves — plus in-line cartridge sanitizer parts, and the owner’s manual ties ozone to the circulation pump, so fix flow before you blame the ozonator.

TidalFit Water Care & Sanitizing Systems

This category covers the sanitizing equipment side of TidalFit water care. Ozone: the venturi injector in the circulation line (the factory has consolidated the white injector to the blue one, with a new white injector in the 2021 book), the ozone generator with its AMP-style plug, the Mazzei ozone kit and check-valve parts bag, the clear ozone tubing and the ozone jet drain. AOP: the clear PVC flash reactor and the AquaNova ozone/UV-C system of the 2017–2021 books. In-line cartridge sanitizer: the in-line housing cap and cartridge holder for the Spa Frog system, and the mineral-stick filter caps of the earlier years. Whichever route your spa runs, the goal is the same — sanitizer working constantly so chemistry stays stable between swims.

When does the ozonator run? Per the owner’s manual, during filtration: with the circulation pump on circ systems, or with pump 1 on low on non-circ systems. No bubbles at the ozone port usually means no flow through the injector — check the circ pump, the injector and its check valve before condemning the generator. Ozone and AOP reduce the sanitizer your water needs; they do not replace a residual sanitizer. UV and AOP lamps lose intensity long before they visibly fail, so they’re replaced on a schedule, not at failure. Note that the manual excludes ozone systems, and any sanitizing system not approved by the manufacturer, from warranty coverage.

TidalFit Water Care & Sanitizing Systems FAQs

Ozone through a venturi injector in the circulation line is the baseline across the books, with the UO3-75 generator (25-0009-08, 2017–2021); AOP systems — the ECO Master ozone/UV/AOP of 2015–2017 and the AquaNova 240 V unit of 2017–2021 — were options; and the Spa Frog in-line cartridge system appears from 2017. What your spa has (or has room for) depends on model and year — send photos of your equipment area and we’ll tell you what fits.

The original white injector (02-0005-32, 2010–2020 books) is out of stock at the factory, which directs it to the blue injector 02-0004-32; the 2021 book adds a new white injector, 02-0001-48. Match the line size and barb of your existing injector and either current part does the job. Replace the ozone check valve at the same time.

During filter cycles. The 2021 manual states that on circulation-pump systems the ozone generally runs with the circ pump, and on non-circ systems with pump 1 on low; it does not run while you’re in the spa with jets on. If you never see it run, check the filter cycle settings and the circ pump before the generator.

The in-line housing cap (08-1502-22) and cartridge holder (08-1510-22) are factory parts in the 2017–2021 books that we supply, and the in-line housing assembly sits with the valves. Sanitizer cartridges are a consumable we can point you to — ask through the form.

No. Ozone and AOP destroy contaminants in the water passing through them, which lowers the sanitizer your water needs, but a swim spa still needs a residual sanitizer in the water itself. The payoff is clearer water and less chemical between doses, not zero chemical.

✅ Not Sure Which Sanitizing Part Fits? Verify Before Ordering

TidalFit sanitizing system compatibility varies by model year, system type (ozone, AOP or in-line cartridge), line size and part revision.

To help us identify the correct replacement, please send clear photos of:

  • The ozonator or AOP unit label
  • The injector and check valve in the line
  • The in-line housing, if fitted
  • Your spa serial number sticker

EZ Hot Tub Parts can confirm fitment before you order and help you avoid costly returns.
