TidalFit Replacement Pillows — Style First, Then Mounting

Pillow fitment on a TidalFit is style first, mounting second. The books list the lounge pillow used on TidalFit and Platinum Elite spas, a two-piece lounge pillow shared with Island Spas, the charcoal neck pillow shared with Island and Tropic Seas, a waterfall pillow, an 11 inch pillow and the early foam lounge pillow — plus the dome insert with the Artesian logo that snaps into several of them. The Dual Temp FitSpa spa side takes its own lounge pillow (the books label it “DT spa sides”), the only pillow the factory keys to a line, so know which unit you’re replacing on.

Pillows are wear items: the owner’s manual asks for a monthly vinyl conditioner, cleaning with soapy water and a soft cloth, and removing the pillows before any chemical shock treatment — sanitizer vapor and UV at the waterline are what crack and peel them. When one goes, its siblings are usually close behind.

TidalFit Pillows FAQs

Match the style (lounge, two-piece lounge, neck, waterfall, 11 inch or foam lounge) and the mounting on the back — pin, suction or snap into a receptacle. The TidalFit lounge pillow is 26-1301-85, the neck pillow 26-1304-85, the two-piece lounge 26-1303-85 and the waterfall pillow 26-1305-85 in the books. A photo of the pillow front and back settles it.

The lounge pillow the factory lists as “DT spa sides” (26-0602-85, 2017–2021 books) — the same pillow Tropic Seas spas use. It is the only TidalFit pillow keyed to the Dual Temp line, so if you’re replacing a pillow on the swim side, you want the standard lounge or neck pillow instead.

Straight from the 2021 owner’s manual: clean them with soapy water and a soft cloth when needed, treat them with a vinyl conditioner once a month, and remove them from the spa when you shock the water. Keeping sanitizer in range matters too — the vapor at the waterline is what ages the skin.

Because the factory shares them: the parts books describe the neck pillow as fitting Island, Tropic Seas and TidalFit, and the two-piece lounge as the Island lounge pillow. Same part, several brands. Anything listed in this category is confirmed against the TidalFit books regardless of the name on a sibling brand’s listing.

No — the logo dome insert (11-0213-77) and the silver dome are listed as separate parts from the pillows they snap into. If only the dome is missing or faded, replace the dome; if the pillow skin is cracked, replace the pillow and reuse the dome.
