TidalFit Jets

TidalFit jets are matched by face size and style — measure across the face, then note roto, directional or massage — and Graphite Gray has been the only trim since 2013, so era matters less here than it does on hot tubs.

TidalFit Jets — Match by Face Size, Style & Body

Jet replacement starts with two measurements and one look: the face diameter (measure across the visible face with a tape), the style (roto, directional, massage, whirlpool or cluster), and the body the insert locks into. TidalFit jets in the 2013–2021 books are stainless-faced C-Helix kits from 2.75 inch up to 5 inch, Halo inserts in stainless and plastic, 5 inch whirlpool inserts, 7 inch jumbo massage, Ultra Blaster and Footblaster jets, and the small 1 inch adjustable nozzle jets — all in Graphite Gray, so unlike a hot tub there is no light-gray-versus-graphite era to get wrong. The 2010 book’s Platinum Helix inserts are the earlier look; if your spa predates 2013, photograph the face.

Most “broken jet” symptoms — a jet that spins loosely, stopped rotating or popped out of the wall — are fixed by replacing the insert alone; the body in the shell stays put. Bodies (3/4 x 3/8 smooth barb in 2, 3, 4 and 5 inch), comp rings and the Typhoon body gaskets are listed separately for the times the body really did crack. Looking for the swim jets? The swim-jet nozzles, wall fittings and swim systems have their own category: Swim Jets & Exercise Equipment.

TidalFit Jets FAQs

Measure the face diameter across the front of the jet, note whether it’s roto (spinning), directional (fixed nozzle), massage or whirlpool, and check the body it locks into. TidalFit jets run 1 inch nozzles, 2 and 2.75 inch, 3 inch, 4.5 inch, 5 inch and 7 inch faces. A photo of the jet face next to a tape measure through the form removes all doubt.

The stainless-faced Helix family TidalFit used from the 2014–2015 books on: the kit (a “K” suffix on the factory number, e.g. the 3 inch roto 03-3301-52K or directional 03-3304-52K) is the insert with its locking hardware, sized to drop into the matching jet body. Roto spins, directional is a fixed nozzle, massage is a multi-port face — same body, different insert.

No. From the 2013 books onward every TidalFit jet is listed in Graphite Gray — one trim, one era. Only the 2010 book’s Platinum Helix inserts look different. If your spa is 2013 or newer, match size and style and you’re done.

Usually just the insert. Jets twist-lock into a body that’s plumbed into the shell; when one spins freely or pops out, the insert’s lock tabs have worn. Replace the insert — the body stays in the wall. Order a body only if it’s visibly cracked or the comp ring is missing.

Yes — the factory directs the original 1 inch gray nozzle jet (03-0001-52) to the current graphite version 03-0002-52, listed through the 2021 book. It’s the small jet used on ozone and sweeper ports as well as in seats.

✅ Not Sure Which Jet Fits? Verify Before Ordering

TidalFit jet compatibility can vary by model, model year, face size, body type and part revision.

To help us identify the correct replacement, please send clear photos of:

  • The jet face next to a tape measure
  • The jet removed from its body, if possible
  • The body in the shell, if the insert is out
  • Your spa serial number sticker

EZ Hot Tub Parts can confirm fitment before you order and help you avoid costly returns.
