Artesian Elite Replacement Parts — Fitment Guide for Every Generation

Artesian Elite is the flagship line from Artesian Spas (May Manufacturing) — Pelican Bay, Piper Glen, Dove Canyon, Quail Ridge and Eagle Crest — built on one stable platform since the 2019 model year. Every category here lists parts confirmed for these spas with the OEM part number on the product page, so you are never guessing whether a generic part fits.

Own a Platinum Elite? You are in the right place. Artesian Elite succeeded the Platinum Elite line (2008–2018, with Platinum Class alongside it through 2010), and four of today’s five model names were Platinum Elite models first — only Eagle Crest is new for 2019. Artesian still supplies most Platinum Elite parts, and we sell them inside these same categories with the Platinum years stated on each product, because two spas with the same name can be a generation apart. What separates the generations is the control system: 2013–2018 Platinum Elites and all Artesian Elites run Balboa BP-family electronics (many parts cross over), while 2007–2012 Platinum Elites ran Gecko electronics that the factory no longer lists. Gold and Platinum Class spas from 2003–2011 are older still; their electronics are obsolete, but plumbing, pillows, pumps and some jets remain serviceable. Artesian Elite Replacement Parts FAQs

By year and electronics, not by model name — Pelican Bay, Piper Glen, Dove Canyon and Quail Ridge were sold under both names. A 2019 or newer build is Artesian Elite; 2008–2018 is Platinum Elite. Your serial number sticker near the equipment door settles the year, and the label on the spa pack inside the cabinet tells us the control generation. Send both through the form below if you are unsure.

No. Platinum Elite parts are sold inside these Artesian Elite categories with their Platinum fitment years stated on each product, because so many parts are shared or were superseded by the Artesian Elite version. Their control systems, heaters and topside panels are obsolete at the factory, and we do not list parts we cannot supply. Plumbing fittings, pumps, pillows and several jet and light parts from those years are still available and appear here with their years. Send photos and your serial number and we will tell you honestly what is still made and what upgrade path exists.

In Misc Parts for now — tees, elbows, couplings, manifolds, flex hose and pipe, diverter and on/off valves, suction fittings and weir gates all live there until dedicated plumbing and valve categories launch.

Some. Export spas run 240 V 50 Hz on a separate pack, heater and pump series that the factory marks international-only; the ones we can supply are labeled that way. Tell us your country and send your pack label, and we will confirm before you order.

On the sticker near the equipment access door at the base of the cabinet, or inside the equipment bay; the owner’s manual also has a line to record it. A photo of that sticker plus a photo of your control panel is the fastest way for us to confirm which generation of parts your spa takes.
