How to Shop Garden Spas Parts

Start with your model. Garden Spas made nine: Azalea, Camellia, Forsythia, Hibiscus, Hydrangea, Iris, Plume, Viola, and Wisteria. Your model decides your filter type and narrows down most other fitment questions.

Filters are the easy one. Wisteria, Plume, and Forsythia use a screw-in filter (our EZ02). The other six models use a drop-in filter (our EZ03). Both are in the Garden Spas Filters category with OEM, budget, and specialty options side by side.

Control parts are the one place to slow down. Most Garden Spas run Balboa controls, but some 2021–2022 spas shipped with a Gecko spa pack — match control parts by your spa pack label, not by how the panel looks. The Control System Parts category walks through it.

For everything else, your year matters. The serial number sticker on the cabinet identifies the year, and the Owner’s Manual & Parts Book pages can help you confirm what your spa shipped with.

Ordering a repair part? Add filters and water care to the same box — free shipping kicks in over $99 across the whole order.

✅ Not Sure It Fits? Verify Before Ordering

Hot tub part compatibility can vary by spa brand, model, year, serial number, control system, and part revision.

To help us identify the correct replacement part, please send clear photos of:

  • Your existing part label or sticker
  • Your spa serial number sticker
  • The equipment area or installation location (if accessible)

EZ Hot Tub Parts can help confirm fitment before you order and help reduce costly returns.

Where can I find a Garden Spas hot tub manual?

Every available Garden Spas owner’s manual, from 2011 through current years, is on our Garden Spas Owner’s Manual & Parts Book pages. If you aren’t sure of your spa’s year, the serial number sticker on the cabinet identifies it.

What is the filter part number for a Garden Spas Wisteria?

The Wisteria uses the EZ02 screw-in filter — the same filter as the Plume and Forsythia. Every filter manufacturer prints a different number on this cartridge, so we use EZ02 to tie them all together. All EZ02 options, from OEM to budget, are in the Garden Spas Filters category. The other six Garden Spas models use the EZ03 drop-in filter instead.

Are Garden Spas plug and play hot tubs?

Yes. Garden Spas ship as plug-and-play spas that run on a standard outlet, and they can be converted to 220V by a qualified electrician. If you’re ordering electrical parts, note your spa’s current configuration.

Who makes Garden Spas hot tubs?

Garden Spas are built by Artesian Spas (May Manufacturing) in Las Vegas, Nevada — the same manufacturer behind Artesian Elite, Island Spas, Tropic Seas Spas, South Seas Spas, and TidalFit Swim Spas. Many parts ship directly from Artesian.
