Check the Model Number on the ID label on top of your metal spa pack enclosure — it should read BP501G1. Don’t match by appearance alone: Balboa boards can look identical but run different software. BP-series boards use Balboa’s TP-series and SpaTouch topside panels. If your current panel is a TP540, TP600, or SpaTouch and your system ID label reads BP501G1, you’re set. If your topside is a different model, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm the correct pairing.
Match your spa pack’s ID label first. BP501G1 (this board) is the standard version — note that a circ pump cannot be used together with a 2-speed pump 1 on this board; that combination needs the BP501G2.
