Which hot tub purge or line flush do I need?
Most hot tubs: the FROG Hot Tub Pipe & Jet Cleanser single-use packet is a gel purge for hot tubs up to 600 gallons. One packet handles a typical purge.
Larger tubs and repeat treatments: the FROG Hot Tub Pipe & Jet Cleanser multi-use tube is the same cleanser in a tube you can dose from.
Softub owners: Softcare by Softub Jet Line Cleaner, formerly called Swirl Away, clears spa and jetted bath tub plumbing of organics, oils, dirt and minerals. It is listed as compatible with all sanitizers.
Hot tubs and whirlpool baths: Sea Klear System Flush cleans the inside of spa and tub plumbing and removes oily residues and deposits, with no harsh chemicals. Check its product page for current availability.
A purge goes into the old water before it is drained. Do not use the spa once the product is in; drain and refill first. Always follow the directions on the product label.
