The overlay is the printed button-and-label sheet on the face of your topside control. This is the genuine OEM overlay for 2-pump South Seas Spas built 2011–2020 running the VL620S topside (Balboa MVS504SZ spa pack).
Match by your existing panel, not the year alone. Count the jet-pump buttons on your current overlay and check your serial number (below 21XXXXX = Balboa era). Have a 2010 spa? This is your overlay too — in 2010 this same 6-button print carried the combined part number 33-0145-08, and Artesian introduced the separate 1-pump graphic in 2011.11-0145-08 0145-08 33-0145-08 OP33-0145-08 VL620S
