Island Spa Control Panel Fitment — Find Yours by Era

The control panel (Artesian calls it the topside control) is the display-and-button unit on your spa’s top rail. Island Spas used four distinct control panel generations, and the right replacement depends on your spa’s era, your pump count, and whether your spa has extras like MicroSilk.

2007–2012: button-panel systems with printed overlays — if your button surface is peeling, cracked, or unresponsive but the display still works, an overlay alone may be the fix. If the display itself is failing, replace the complete panel.

2013–2018: the era most Island Spa owners are shopping. The original factory panel for Island Spa Elite models of this era is discontinued — but this is a solved problem: we carry both remaining genuine OEM units and a Balboa-compatible aftermarket replacement built for these spas. Both options are in the grid above, clearly labeled. And if your spa pack was ever upgraded to the newer 2018–2024 version, your existing panel from this era still works with it.

2019–2024: these models moved to a touch screen control, used across all trims — the same unit also fits TidalFit and Tropic Seas spas of the same era.

The original factory unit is discontinued, yes — but you’re not stuck. We stock a Balboa-compatible aftermarket replacement engineered for 2013–2018 Island Spa Elite models, and genuine OEM units while remaining supplies allow. Both are listed above so you can choose.

If the printed button surface is peeling, bubbled, or buttons feel dead but the display still reads normally, an overlay is usually enough. If the display is blank, dim, or scrambled, or buttons don’t respond even with a good surface, replace the complete panel.

Yes — 33-1314-08 is the Artesian part number family for the Island series 3-pump control panel with overlay used on 2013 and newer models; the current version replaced the obsolete original. Compare your pump count and era before ordering, or send us your serial number and we’ll confirm.

The touch screen topside was used on 2019–2024 models across all trim levels, and the same unit also fits TidalFit and Tropic Seas spas of that era. If your panel is a flat glass touch face rather than physical buttons, you’re in this generation.

No. The redesigned 2025–2026 models (Captiva, Antigua, Grand Cayman, and Grand Bahama in 2025; Isla Margarita, Bimini, Santa Cruz, and Nevis in 2026) run Gecko control systems, so Balboa-era panels do not fit them. Check your filter compartment: tall filter(s) under black lid(s) = Gecko generation.
