Genuine Balboa 4.0kW Heater — for Balboa VS-Series Systems

The genuine Balboa 4.0kW flo-thru heater assembly (incoloy element) for spas running Balboa VS-series spa packs. Balboa systems are used by many spa brands — the spa pack model, tube configuration, and sensor placement decide the correct replacement, not the name on the cabinet.

A titanium-element version is also available for spas on salt systems or where element longevity matters.

Before you order: “no heat” is not always the heater — dirty filters, flow problems, and sensors mimic heater failure. Match your spa pack label. If you’re unsure, send us a photo of your spa pack label and we’ll confirm the correct heater before it ships.
