How to tell the VL400 Series panels apart
- Look at the overall shape first — some are short and wide, others taller and closer to square.
- Then read the button labels and their order. Two panels can share the same functions in a different order (for example Blower, Light, Jets, Temp vs. Temp, Blower, Jets, Light).
- Look-alikes: the VL401 and VL403 are the same size, and so are the VL402 and VL404. If two photos both look like yours, send us a photo and we’ll confirm.
- Every kit we sell is complete: the genuine Balboa topside control plus the matching overlay, ready to plug in.
