Tropic Seas Pillow – Lounge – Charcoal

OEM charcoal lounge pillow for Tropic Seas Spas — the standard headrest used across the line since 2015, and our best-selling Tropic Seas replacement part. The same pillow is used on TidalFit swim spas from 2017 on. If the pillow in your lounger or primary seat has gone sticky, puffy, or started flaking, this is the factory replacement.

Pillows are a wear item and are not warranted by any spa manufacturer — water chemistry is what kills them. Keep pH and sanitizer in range, rest pillows above the waterline when you shock the spa, and wipe them down when you clean the shell. If your old pillow turned sticky, puffy, or crumbly, that’s chemical exposure, and the replacement will last longer with balanced water.

Tropic Seas Lounge Pillow Frequently Asked Questions

This is OEM part number 26-0602-85, used on select Tropic Seas Spas from 2015 through current production and on select TidalFit swim spas from 2017 on. Pillow styles vary by seat position, so match the shape and the two mounting posts of your existing pillow — or use the fitment form above with photos and your spa serial number and we’ll confirm before you order.

They look nearly identical at a glance — both are charcoal two-post lounge pillows. The reliable way to tell them apart is measurement: this pillow runs about 12-1/4 in. wide and 5-3/4 in. tall, while the Bimini lounge is slightly wider and shorter. Measure your old pillow’s width, height, and post spacing, and if it’s still not obvious, send us photos through the form and we’ll match it.

Chemical exposure. High sanitizer levels, low pH, and shocking the spa with pillows at the waterline break down the pillow skin over time. No manufacturer warranties pillows for this reason. Balanced water and lifting pillows clear of the water when you shock will noticeably extend the life of the replacement.

The posts on the back of the pillow snap into plastic receptacles mounted in the spa shell. If a receptacle is cracked or a post broke off inside one, replace the receptacle too — we stock the pillow receptacle for a few dollars, and it’s a two-minute fix.
