Tropic Seas Spas Neck Pillow

OEM charcoal neck pillow for 2016 and newer Tropic Seas Spas. This is the contoured cradle-style headrest used in the neck and corner seat positions — it supports the curve of your neck rather than lying flat like the lounge and flat pillows used elsewhere in the same spa.

Fits: select Tropic Seas Spas models, 2016–2026 — verify your model year and match your existing pillow’s mounting post before ordering.

Pillows are a wear item and are not warranted by any spa manufacturer — water chemistry is what kills them. Keep pH and sanitizer in range, rest pillows above the waterline when you shock the spa, and wipe them down when you clean the shell. If your old pillow turned sticky, puffy, or crumbly, that’s chemical exposure, and the replacement will last longer with balanced water.

This is OEM part number 26-1304-85, used on select Tropic Seas Spas from 2016 through current production. The same pillow style appears across the Artesian Spas family, so it will look familiar if you’ve owned other Artesian-built spas. Match the contoured shape and single center post of your existing pillow — or use the fitment form above with photos and your spa serial number and we’ll confirm before you order.

The neck pillow is the contoured one — it cradles the curve of your neck and mounts with a single center post. The lounge and flat pillows are wider, flatter headrests that mount with two posts. Most Tropic Seas spas use a mix: neck pillows in the corner and captain’s seats, lounge or flat pillows everywhere else. Count the posts on the back of your old pillow and you’ll know instantly which style you need.

Chemical exposure. High sanitizer levels, low pH, and shocking the spa with pillows at the waterline break down the pillow skin over time. No manufacturer warranties pillows for this reason. Balanced water and lifting pillows clear of the water when you shock will noticeably extend the life of the replacement.

The posts on the back of the pillow snap into plastic receptacles mounted in the spa shell. If a receptacle is cracked or a post broke off inside one, replace the receptacle too — we stock the pillow receptacle for a few dollars, and it’s a two-minute fix.
