For Maple Spas: Maple Spas hot tubs use the PWW50L cartridge (Unicel 4CH-949, Filbur FC-0172) — the 50 sq ft filter with a 1-1/2″ inside thread that screws into the skimmer. Some models take two, so count the filters in your skimmer and replace them together. If your filter has a black twist-off top with a sanitizer basket or does not match these measurements, send us a photo through the fitment form before you order.

Rinse it every 2–4 weeks, deep-clean it monthly with filter cleaner, and replace it every 12–24 months or sooner if the pleats are torn, flattened, or the end caps are cracked. Keeping two sets and rotating them makes each set last longer.
A second set means you always have a clean, dry filter ready to drop in while the other set soaks. Multi-packs also cost less per filter than buying singles.
