The taller cartridge arrived with the 2025 Island Spas update. Because prior-generation “Classic” spas kept selling through the changeover, the model year alone does not decide it — measure the cartridge you are replacing, or send a photo through the form on this page and we will confirm it.
Rinse every two to four weeks, deep-soak in a filter cleaner monthly, and replace the cartridge every 12 to 18 months. Running two sets and rotating them roughly doubles cartridge life. A dirty filter is the single most common cause of freeze damage and premature pump failure.
