Replacement printed overlay (adhesive decal) for the Balboa VL401 duplex topside control — buttons read Jets, Jets, Temp, Light (Balboa 80-11671). If your panel works but the printing is worn, cracked, or peeling, this overlay restores it: peel off the old one, clean the panel face, and press on the new one.

If buttons don’t respond or the display has failed, you need the complete VL401 topside control kit instead.
