Hot Spring filters are told apart by width: the 8-1/2″ 65 sq ft cartridge (EZ13) for Hot Spring and Limelight models, and the 6″ 30 sq ft cartridge for Hot Spot and older Hot Spring tubs. Both are open-ended and lift straight out.

Hot Spring filter buying guide

65 sq ft (EZ13). 8-1/2″ across, 10-1/2″ long, 3″ open ends (Pleatco PWK65, Unicel C-8465, Filbur FC-3960, Watkins 31114). Pleatco lists it as the upgrade from the older 45 sq ft PWK45N in the same well. Stocked in ProAqua; Darlly drop-ships.

30 sq ft. 6″ across, 10-1/2″ long, 2″ open ends (Pleatco PWK30, Unicel C-6430 — older catalogs call it C-6330). ProAqua or Darlly.

Hot Spring spas often run two or more cartridges; replace them as a set. The Tri-X ceramic filters some newer models use are a different product — ask through the form.
