Most Clearwater Spas take the Teleweir skimmer filter (EZ05) — the cartridge with a female thread recessed inside its bottom. Older and smaller models use open-ended drop-ins: the 13″ EZ04 or a pair of short cartridges stacked in one well.

Clearwater Spas filter buying guide

Teleweir 50 sq ft (EZ05). 5″ across, 13-3/16″ long, 1-1/2″ female SAE thread inside the bottom (Pleatco PWW50L, Unicel 4CH-949). Stocked in Hurricane; ProAqua, Darlly and the reusable Ego3 #5 top-load also fit this well.

Drop-in 50 sq ft (EZ04). 4-15/16″ × 13-5/16″, open both ends (Pleatco PRB50-IN, Unicel C-4950). Shop EZ04.

Short stacked drop-ins. Two cartridges sit one on top of the other: 6-5/8″-tall 50 sq ft pairs (Unicel C-4405, Pleatco PRB25SF-PAIR) or 4-5/8″-tall 35 sq ft pairs (C-4401, PRB17.5SF-PAIR). Replace both.
