Cal Spas Heater Pressure Switch Harness – Replacement
This is the wire lead that connects the heater’s pressure switch to the control board on Cal Spas with the XL 5.5 kW heater. It’s a Balboa-made part. A burnt, corroded or broken harness can look exactly like a failed pressure switch: the heater won’t turn on, or you get a flow or pressure-switch message even though the water is moving.

What’s in the Box
One pressure switch harness, as pictured. The pressure switch is not included. If your switch is old or the terminals are burnt, replace it at the same time with the Cal Spas heater pressure switch.
Before You Order
- Compare both ends of your old harness with the photo
- Turn off power at the breaker before you unplug anything inside the control box
- If the spade connectors or switch terminals are melted, replace the switch too. Heat damage usually affects both
