How to Install FROG Filter Mate
- Make sure the Softub equipment and filtration system are operating properly.
- Balance the water and establish the sanitizer level required by the product directions.
- Set the reminder dial for four months from the installation date.
- Place the FROG Filter Mate inside the filter cartridge core when it fits without restricting water flow.
- If it does not fit properly inside the cartridge, position it in the filter well or other location permitted by the manufacturer’s directions.
- Continue maintaining and testing chlorine or bromine throughout the product’s service life.
Do not force the mineral sanitizer into a location where it could obstruct water flow.

When to Replace Your Softub Mineral Cartridge
Replace FROG Filter Mate after four months of use or whenever the Softub is drained
and refilled, whichever happens first. Once the cartridge has been wetted, its
four-month service period has begun. Do not attempt to refill or reuse the cartridge.
