Manifolds, fittings, barbs, unions, and plumbing components for Tropic Seas Spas. Unlike control system parts, plumbing components are matched by measurements rather than model year — pipe size, port count and size, and fitting style are what determine the right part.
Tropic Seas Spas are built by Artesian, so most plumbing follows standard spa conventions: 2″ main plumbing on pump lines, smaller manifold ports feeding jet lines, and barb fittings on circulation and ozone lines. Measure your existing part before ordering — a 1.5″ x 4-port manifold and a 1.5″ x 2-port manifold look similar in photos but are not interchangeable.
If you own a Tahiti, Waikiki, Oahu, Maui, Fiji, Kona, Rio, Kawai, Hawaii, Lanai, Makai, Tonga, Hana, or Tropic Pool — you’re in the right place.

✅ Not Sure It Fits? Verify Before Ordering
Plumbing part compatibility is determined by pipe size, port count, port size, and fitting style — not spa model.
To help us identify the correct replacement, please send clear photos of:
- The part itself, with any size markings visible
- The connections on both ends
- Where it installs in the plumbing run
EZ Hot Tub Parts can help confirm fitment before you order and help reduce costly returns.
How to Identify Your Plumbing Part
Before ordering, check:
- Pipe size — spa PVC is measured by inner dimension; 2″ pipe measures larger outside
- Port count and port size on manifolds (e.g., 1.5″ x 4-port vs. 1.5″ x 2-port)
- Fitting style — glue socket, threaded, barb, or union
- Size markings molded into the part itself, when legible
Repair Tips Before You Glue
Dry-fit everything before cementing, and replace any suspect glue joints while the plumbing is open — reopening a wall of foam twice is no fun. Use PVC cement rated for flexible spa pipe where flex pipe is involved, and cap unused manifold ports with proper plugs rather than improvised fixes.
Common Plumbing Repairs
- Cracked manifolds from freeze damage — the most common winter casualty
- Leaking barb connections on circulation and ozone lines
- Failed glue joints weeping at fittings
- Split flex pipe at stress points near pumps
