Island Spas Valves & Diverters — Match by Function, Size & Era

The knobs on your top deck are three different part families: diverter valves (steer water between jet groups), air controls (add air to the jets), and dedicated valves like the waterfall/spillway valve. Match by function first, then knob/cap size, then trim color era — the 2012/2013 Light Gray to Graphite Gray change applies to valve knobs just like jets and trim. Most valve problems are leaks at the cap o-rings or a knob that grinds — often serviceable with a cap kit rather than cutting out the whole valve body.

Often not. Diverter caps and o-rings wear first and are serviceable from above without touching the plumbing. If the valve body itself is cracked, that’s the full replacement case — send photos and we’ll tell you which repair you’re in.

The waterfall (spillway) valve — usually the smaller knob nearest the waterfall feature. If your waterfall flow is weak, this valve is the first suspect before the waterfall itself.
