If you bought an EZLife hot tub (often sold at Dick’s Sporting Goods) and something’s wrong with it, you may have been given our number by mistake. Every week, 2–3 EZLife owners contact us saying Dick’s Sporting Goods gave them our number. EZ Hot Tub Parts is an independent hot tub parts store. We are not EZLife, Make Life Easy, or Dick’s Sporting Goods, and we can’t process EZLife warranty claims. Here’s who to call.

EZLife lists a limited 1-year parts warranty. For a warranty claim or return, they ask you to email your order details and photos of the problem. Keep your Dick’s receipt handy.
