Each spa features a targeted layer of high-density spray foam applied to the back of the shell to help lock heat directly into the water. Surrounding that, the cabinet is insulated and lined with a reflective thermal barrier (mylar-style) that redirects captured heat back toward the plumbing and equipment bay.

This design creates a controlled warm-air cavity inside the cabinet, helping to:

  • Maintain consistent water temperature

  • Capture and reuse motor heat during operation
