Hot Tub Heater Element – 5.5 kW, 10″ – 115v/230v – 25-4034-BI

25-4034-BI aka 6-FLO is a  10″ heating element compatible in most 15″ Stainless Steel Balboa, Hydro Quip, Gecko 2″ Heater Manifolds. The distance between the posts is 1.25″ center to center.

Pro Tip: When installing this element in a dual sensor style heater assembly be sure to remove the element band from the long end. Also make sure the element isn’t touching the side wall of the manifold, that can cause pre-mature failure.

Due to high installer error this is a non-returnable and non-warrantable part.
